When there is a strict mileage amount for the “courtesy” oil change that is part of the reason a person buys their vehicle, the dealership should be able to get the cars in within a few weeks. I called for oil change that is part of the reason a person buys their vehicle, the dealership should be able to get the cars in within a few weeks. I called for an oil change at 14,366 miles and it was 5 weeks to get it in. How is that even acceptable? People drive their cars, some more than others. I had to go elsewhere for my oil change because I would have been over the 16,000 max. You need to hire more people to get these courtesy oil changes you promised your customers done. I will go to another dealership for my next purchase I’d this continues. More

The service department at Crestmont were very friendly and kept me up-to-date on my service. They had to replace a part on a new car that took longer than anticipated from replacing the same part on older and kept me up-to-date on my service.
