Because Crestmont defaulted on the bill, the rental company charged my card that was on file for incidentals. Zero discussion of this charge was had. Another example of this service department’s horrible communication and continuing lies. More
My car was held there for over 4 weeks. I had to call almost daily to get updates and pressure them to look at it. I was never offered a loaner vehicle. Can't I get a loaner?!"...response was "we wish we had loaners but we don't." Which is a lie - they could have given me any car on the lot for a 'test drive' obviously. Previous to that I had the service department doing oil change on my sonata.. Without asking me they put their license plate frame on the front and back of my car.. Upon trying to remove this junk I realized they put a rusted screw in the back of my Hyundai which would not come out and then ripped out the holder for the screw. All in all I want to give this dealership and its service department a negative 100 stars if I could. More
