Scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. They told me they were scheduling two weeks out, no problem. I dropped my car off two weeks later on a Thursday afternoon to be serviced on Friday. I had to arrange a ride home from the dealer which is 25 miles round trip from home. I received a call at 3:30 pm on Friday that they never got a chance to even look at my car. This is completely unacceptable and they didn't seem to care that I now have to reschedule an appointment and arrange another ride home. Why would they schedule more appointments than they can service in a days time. Especially when they are scheduling two weeks out. They made up some excuss that they don't have enough mechanics.
