What to say? I brought our palisade in for service and said it was shaking/vibrating at high speed and asked to check the tires among other things. It was supposed to be an 11am "waiter" and i made the mistake of telling them they would have most od the day..so of course when we tried to pick it up it wasnt ready..then they rushed through the whole j9b and said everything was fine....there was uneven wear on the tires that a blind person would have noticed...i took it someone else and had new tires put on it....still shaking...come to find out that there is a TSB for the very problem i was decscribing...when i called in to schedule i was told it would be two weeks for service and its like the rep wasnt sven listening...i have now purchased three cars at crestmont but likely wont purchase anymore....im dreading how awful the service is going to be when my genesis needs service...considering its supposed to be valet . ...Crestmont Swrvice department sucks ...Dave is the only bright spot.... My tire kept going flat. I assumed I had a slow leak or it needed patched. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and they told me they would look at it on tuesday. I was fine that. On Wednesday I called them because I never heard anything. The lady told me that my tire wasn’t able to be repaired and they ordered me a new one. I asked how much it would be and she told me $189. I called a couple places and could get the same tire cheaper. So I picked my car up to take it elsewhere. I picked my car up and drove it home. The next morning when I was leaving for work, my check engine light came on. I didn’t even drive 15 miles. After work I took my car back to dealership. I told them my car was here for 5 days and I pick it up and my check engine light was on. I told them I was not paying to have it looked at. It was fine when I took it in besides the tire. They waived the fee to have it looked at but told me they couldn’t look at it for 10 more days. Once I argued with them, they said they could look at it the next day. When they called to tell me what was wrong, they informed me that when my car was there previously, they tried to check for a recall that is on my car. The recall stuff they got in was faulty so they couldn’t complete the testing. But my check engine light came on because after they tested it, they didn’t hook up all the wires correctly. So I am trusting a company with my car that is putting my life in danger. Then we took my car to see if the tires could be patched. The place I took it too, patched my tire and I have not had any problems since. So they didn’t hook up my wires after trying to check for a recall, then ordered me a $189 tire after telling me my tire couldn’t be patched. More
This dealership has been A1 since the first time I walked through the door. Service has been impeccable, the staff is excellent, very kind and knowledgeable.
