When I scheduled the service on line, I was able to identify what I wanted done and it provided me a price. The price was $60-$65. Oil change,oil filter, Interior filter and tire rotation. When I arrived at the dealership at 8:30am I was told I'd have a 2 hour wait. I opted for a shuttle ride home. At 12:30pm I called and was told I would be called as soon as the work was done. I got the call at 3:15pm, nearly 7 hrs. later. When I got to the dealership the cashier had a bill for me of $213. When I addressed the issue with David in service he reviewed what I wanted done and and reduced the bill to $63 .I got home at 5pm. The whole day consumed for an oil change. Two previous oil changes with this vehicle I waited for and the service was done in less than an hour, this service was 7hrs with and outrageous billing result. Unless future service can only be done at the dealership, like recall updates etc. I will have regular service done elsewhere. On top of that an issue with the radio that I noted when I dropped it off was not addressed. More

Sales department ripped me off by telling me a extended warranty was mandatory and not knowing the policy of canceling the extended warranty for a refund (which you can). Everyone that works at this dealership are very friendly and helpful. Last time I brought car in for service the girls greeted me immediately and were super friendly. Should be 1 star based on current service. Been in at least 4 times. Service advisor and manager acknowledge issue but not solved. Last time complete waste of time. Tech worked on not related issue.
