Not Happy. I was told about a tire special coming up. I decided to wait for special. I was told that I would be called when became available. I was not called. After scheduling online, I phoned to ask why I was not called. Apparently, I was too far down on the list. I did get apology. Then, Emily looked up my appointment and stated it did not say what tires, no alignment and I was dropping off my vehicle. I said No, I am waiting for my vehicle. Emily said I could not do that with that appointment and I would have to reschedule for the following week. Then, I had to go through which tires I had ordered (I had printed confirmation on printer upstairs). I asked for Supervisors name (he is not in on Friday's). I ended up rescheduling with different Hyundai dealer (also was 10% cheaper). I have had all maintenance completed by Crestmont Hyundai since purchasing my vehicle from Crestmont Hyundai. More
