Oil change I always schedule an 8:00 appointment so I can get in and out quickly before any backup happen. On my last appointment my car sat for about 25 minutes I always schedule an 8:00 appointment so I can get in and out quickly before any backup happen. On my last appointment my car sat for about 25 minutes (first appointment of the day) because there was only one tech in the shop. There appears to be a labor shortage or scheduling issue or possibly something more. I have many other choices for an oil change besides the dealership but I’ve always given the dealer a chance to win my confidence and loyalty...... need some major improvement here. On a positive note, I’m always greeted respectfully and professionally by the service writer David. My personal feeling is that the excellence stops after the service writer hands off the car. More

Smelt smoke under my hood. Not very happy had my car in on Tuesday told him I smelled burning and they couldn't find anything gave me some excuse then had to bring it back on Th Not very happy had my car in on Tuesday told him I smelled burning and they couldn't find anything gave me some excuse then had to bring it back on Thursday because I had a transmission leak and an oil leak and that was the burning smell I had smelt. We were supposed to go on vacation but we couldn't because I had to take the car across the street to the warranty place to get it fixed and they kept it overnight. So now I'm not very happy. More
