It wasn't until we went out for a test drive that I realized how much he knew about the nuances not only of the car we were driving, but the VW brand as a whole. His level of passion for the cars he sells is what ultimately sold me. There was no question too small, no concern too big for him to address and the time and effort he put into the leasing process made the wait worthwhile.
