I have been servicing my 2 Jettas with Crestmont since 2009 and I will continue to do so because of their wonderful service department. Joe is GREAT, he schedules my appointments and calls me to explain a 2009 and I will continue to do so because of their wonderful service department. Joe is GREAT, he schedules my appointments and calls me to explain all work thats being done. I swear he knows everything about cars :) He always asks if I need a rental, Joe puts my needs first and makes sure to accomodate me before even scheduling my service. As soon as I get there, I am treated so nicely by everyone. Dave and Joe are so friendly and get my vehicle done in such a quick time frame. I have shown up sometimes without an appointment and Dave has always taken care of me, if it's tires, etc he always helps me. Bob Gross the service manager introduced himself to me and told me if I had any questions about anything or needed anything in general for my Jettas to please notify him, I thought that was so professional of him. I always have such a Wonderful experience there and thats why I am a loyal returning customer. LOVE these guys!! More
