Dave Baker is always available to answer any questions I may have about what’s going on and willing to work with me on what’s necessary at the moment and what can wait. No pushy “You need all this right now” treatment. I have 6 dealers closer to me and wouldn’t even think of giving them a try because I’m sure I would not get the treatment I get from Dave. If I could give this guy 20 stars I would. More

Quick in and out for a light bulb change So this is a job that ordinary people can no longer do on their own, but when that light flashes, you have to take action or probably get a ticket. But I was pleased when Crestmont took me in on the same day I called - Saturday - and I was in and out within an hour, with a reasonable bill. Lock problems The rear latch on the hatch of my 2012 Tiguan stopped locking. Came in early on a Saturday morning and Mallory in service was terrific. Great team As a result of VW's diesel scandal, I had some free credit at Crestmont VW. When I turned in my Jetta TDI, I was worried my credit would be wasted - I As a result of VW's diesel scandal, I had some free credit at Crestmont VW. When I turned in my Jetta TDI, I was worried my credit would be wasted - I have no plans to purchase another VW, and had already picked up a new Subaru. On a whim, I asked Keith in the Parts Department if he could order me parts for my Subaru. Even though I won't be a Crestmont customer in any meaningful way, Keith and Bob went above and beyond to get me the Subaru parts I wanted, at a good price. I highly recommend them, and would happily work with them again in the future. More

When I needed new tires they found the best price for the replacements as my lease will be up soon and I didn't want to spend more then I needed to on the tires. The wait time on both of my visits was exactly what they told me almost down to the minute. I'm hoping I will be able to work out a good lease when the time comes. More
