Best to check your estimate before agreeing to work. There were multiple items totaling over $1400 that they suggested be done! Included: possible replacement of toe links (my brother who is a mechanic did a search and found it was not for my year and did not need to be replaced, only tighten bolts), fuel system service (which isn't a necessary service), and "replace rear pads with updated design to eliminate noise" (I had to ask if I NEEDED rear pads replaced. I did not.) Seems to be a money grab dealership. I won't be back. Brought it in to check the squeaking brakes and look at the undercarriage to see if my son damaged it when he hit a stump covered with snow. They did replace front pads and rotors to eliminate noise & new cabin and air filter for $1300. Also, they kept joking with my 18 y.o. son that he was "Mr. Money bags" and "very lucky", referencing the fact that an 18yo has a (used) Cadilac. At the start of the appointment we did mention it was his grandmother's car being passed to him. His grandmother can't drive because she has dementia. Poor taste. More
