I called in Aug or Sep to make an appointment and they given me Feb 8th. When I went on Feb 8th, they didn't have parts. They told we will call you when parts will arrive, after negotiating they agree to given me Feb 8th. When I went on Feb 8th, they didn't have parts. They told we will call you when parts will arrive, after negotiating they agree to pickup SUV from my home. I called multiple time to check parts availability and repair. I left few messages and they didn't bother calling back. I called again and again to get my vehicle repair. Crestwood Cadillac has no concept of customer service. For your information it took 23 months to get heated Sterling wheel chips. Wow what a service by makers and selkers. More

The issue was not resolved and it occured yesterday morning again.
