Will not allow a test drive be cause the vehicle is a numbered vehicle....ok. already found the same vehicle at a different dealer that is allowing test drives. I wish I could say more about their service, but I haven't had the opportunity. No one from the dealership returns calls or takes calls. I chose this dealership out of convenience when I made the deposit for my Lyriq, which was the worse choice. They don't need to work or provide customer service because they know they have the sale. I am a senior citizen and was quoted $425.00 for a replacement battery for my Cadillac XTS. The same battery was replaced at SERRA CADILLAC in Washington, MI for $214.00.
