The service took way to long. No one check on us we had to ask how much longer. We would be told 15 more minutes, which turned in to half hour We had appointments for oil change No one check on us we had to ask how much longer. We had other engagement that day for 1pm.. we were late. I just want my time respected... this is why we make appointments More

Although our vehicle was out of warranty (barely) the dealership cover the cost of the service bulletin. That was very good customer service!
