Service department was outstanding! Friendly and attentive. Work completed in a timely manner. After almost 3 weeks, it was necessary that I called to remind them only to be told there will be another delay d/t it being the end of the month. Reimbursements cannot take place until their end of month bookkeeping is completed. More

I was visiting from out of state when I noticed a CEL and a tire pressure warning on my 2023 CT4 Sport. I went to Crestview Cadillac as a walk in to get the tire warning fixed and see what the CEL was about a tire pressure warning on my 2023 CT4 Sport. I went to Crestview Cadillac as a walk in to get the tire warning fixed and see what the CEL was about. The service dept took me in right away, fixed the issue with the CEL, aired the tires and reset the warning and changed the oil and filter within an hour. Unheard of service these days! More
Brought our Cadillac in for repairs after hitting a deer. The strike was on and there was a wait, which was totally understandable. 7+ weeks later, it was ready. I asked if they changed the washer fluid r The strike was on and there was a wait, which was totally understandable. 7+ weeks later, it was ready. I asked if they changed the washer fluid reservoir and they had not. We watched it and yes it had a slow leak. Contacted them to get back in and they said they needed to hear back from our insurance. Our insurance did get back with them but we can't get Crestview to call us back. The headlights are also not pointed correctly and they dodged that issue as well. If they do answer the phone, it always begins with 'I was just about to call you..." and more excuses. We will never purchase a vehicle from them nor get one serviced. More
