I would leave less stars if possible . Crews chevrolet had my Traverse for 5+ months of the 6 months I have owned it all so that they could complete a 14hr estimated repair . The repairs Crews chevrolet had my Traverse for 5+ months of the 6 months I have owned it all so that they could complete a 14hr estimated repair . The repairs are still not satisfactorily complete & they caused additional damages while it was in their care that they have admitted responsibility for but have proven they are not capable of properly repairing after 5 months. I am now forced to take the vehicle elsewhere to have repairs completed properly and then recoup costs . It has been the ultimate worst experience of car purchase and collision / repair I have ever encountered. The GM , the management team - they all speak down to women owners and do not follow through with their word or agreement - Why would you ever trust they will follow thru with warranting repairs when they are not capable to get them right in 5 months - and have not made right all of the additional damages they caused ? STAY AWAY . That is my advice. More
