When I was first in the market for an Audi, I visited Audi of Hunt Valley, where I previously purchased my 2007 Audi A4. Knowing that Audi Q5's are in short supply, I ordered mine from Criswell since they offered both a better price on the vehicle and a higher trade in value of my old Audi. My new Q5 arriived in about 9 weeks. The sales manager Greg Kaplan informed me that my car arrived, was very polite throughout the entire sales process, and gave me a fair trade in value on my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a new Audi. More

There was an issue with my car that was unresolved for a long period of time (over a year) in which I continued to return to the dealer to get it fixed. When I went to Ray with this problem he did not hesit long period of time (over a year) in which I continued to return to the dealer to get it fixed. When I went to Ray with this problem he did not hesitate to get it taken care of. He was extremely friendly, always followed up and would continue to call until I knew what was going on and agreed to what he proposed. He even called me a few days after I picked up my car to make sure the issue didn't return, and said if it did to call him and let him know. I know he was genuine with that statement.
