Excellent Service Experience on a Major Repair I had to have major repairs made on my 2011 A4. A known (Audi) oil consumption issue on the model and year of my car that over time damaged my piston I had to have major repairs made on my 2011 A4. A known (Audi) oil consumption issue on the model and year of my car that over time damaged my pistons to the point that they needed to be replaced. For anyone that has every needed to replace their pistons you know it is a huge repair expense (around $6300 for an Audi A4) because of the required engine teardown! There were also 2 minor oil leaks that needed repairing (around $800.00). The service department worked immediately to diagnose the issue with Audi USA, resolve the issues, and make the needed repairs while working with Audi USA and with my extended warranty company (MaxCare) to ensure that the repairs (minus my deductible) were covered. They also provided a loaner vehicle through the whole process and were very quick to diagnose and make the needed repairs. My car is back on the road with only my warranty deductible out of pocket for the repairs (and a required part 1 oil consumption test and update that the warranty company didn’t pay for) which overall saved me over $6500.00 at the end of the day. Dontae and Jerry were both very helpful and attentive as my service representatives from start to finish and were very good with communicating with MaxCare and Audi USA to diagnose and fix my car and minimize the expense that I would have to pay. I highly recommend this service department!!! More
