At times I am sure some of my queries seemed very basic but Jerome fielded them all in a very patient, professional manner. In order to make sure that I understood the car, Jerome spent 2 1/2 hours going over all of its functions with me. In particular, there was some difficulty with SIRIUS (the satellite radio company) in that they were being unhelpful in getting my account set up with them; it was because of Jerome's persistence that my account was eventually activated. I don't know of too many salesmen that would take that kind of time to invest in a customer, but Jerome did. Additionally, the sales manager - Greg Kaplan - gave me an excellent trade-in value for my "old" Audi A6. On top of that, he informed me that, because I was trading in an old Audi for a new Audi, I qualified for a customer loyalty bonus of $1,500! This is a bonus I was not aware of and never expected; all totalled nearly $8,000 was knocked off the sticker price of the S4. To bring a perfect end to a perfect day, the dealership owner - George Criswell - came over and personally thanked me for purchasing the S4. He confirmed me in my purchase by explaining how special and exclusive the S4. He also explained to me about the track days that he sponsors and said that this would be the best way to experience the S4 to its full potential. In effect, this was a personal invite to the events. He brought the day to a close by giving me his business card and told me to contact him personally with any further questions about the car or the track days. It is fair to say that this professional, courteous and above-and-beyond attitude is indicative of the atmosphere that pervades the staff at Criswell Audi. More

John took the time to explain all details and options for my sale/trade-in. I liked the fact I could test drive the car alone and not be rushed on my decision. John Woods worked with me and I got a deal I could not have gotten from ANY other Audi Dealership. My entire experience from test drive thru checkout with Finace Director David Grasmick was a pleasure..Every aspect was handled for me and I did not have any "headaches" to deal with on my own.
