This is the first Acura I have purchased. I had been looking at used Acuras from different dealerships. Criswell Acura was the last stop of the day and by far the best experience of the day. I bought my first Acura from Criswell. I've been going back for service for many years and have always been treated exceptionally well. As my car aged and it's had to serviced over night Criswell has alwa back for service for many years and have always been treated exceptionally well. As my car aged and it's had to serviced over night Criswell has always provided a loaner while my car in service - at no cost. When I ask for a loaner there's never any hint of not getting one. It amazes me because my car is 7 years old and out of warranty. I'm getting ready to purchase a new car and Criswell is at the top of my list for purchasing. Their maintenance techs and service representatives all know their product. Service is always provided with a positive and friendly engagement. Bottom line, Criswell Acura has consistently delivered outstanding customer service. More

Everyone at the dealership was great! They went over board to ensure we were happy with out new Acura TL. Within 24 hours of purchasing the car, some one dinged the passenger side door. I was actually comparing the Acura TL to a Mercedes and after driving both, there was no question which was the better car. Alan spent over an hour reviewing every detail of the car with me and my husband and also offered to review the car's options the following week in case I had any questions after driving it for awhile! Jason Tianai handled the financing and warranties and he made that process as smooth as silk. We also had a chance to discuss pros and cons of various coverages and he asisted us greatly with the final price. When I first started staying in the Annapolis area, I went looking for a place to service my 2001 Acura ITR. I first stopped at Criswell -- they told me that they'd "have to find the books" on my 2001 because it was so old, and after searching around and pretending to know nothing about the car, came back and quoted me nearly a thousand dollars for a basic service. I took the car across the street to Honda, where they were happy to do the work for $150. Would not recommend this place if you have an older (e.g. mainstream) car out of warranty. Honda across the street seems to offer much better service, has a drive-in area where you can go without an appointment, and turns the car around very fast. As a final note, every part I bought from this Acura dealership (that Honda didn't have) seemed to be about 15-20% more than the comparable cost of my part back at home (PA). More
