After about an hour my assigned service rep, Frank Concepcion, provided a quick update that the repair would be complete, car washed and ready for pick-up in about 15 minutes. The customer lounge was very clean & comfortable, periodicals, snacks, and beverages were available, and the morning news was on TV. All employees were courteous and responsive, which has been the case with my previous experiences at Criswell. More

Nate is exceptionally professional, polite, respectful, and responsive. He gave us his cell phone number and didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions, at any time. He even responded quickly on his day off and after work hours. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about Acura products, lives up to his promises, and is not pushy. He explains the options, but lets us make the decisions. As promised Nate quickly expedited our sale – no waiting around, no games, just professionalism, and we completed the entire transaction in about an hour. This is almost unheard of! Nate had everything pre-prepared, the vehicle cleaned, along with a full tank of gas. Upon our arrival, we viewed the vehicle that we previously discussed by phone, we had a brief tour of the dealership including the clean service area, we received a very thorough explanation of the RDX features and usage, including connecting our phone to vehicle. Then we signing papers with the finance manager. They didn’t try to sway us into leasing over buying (we keep cars for many years). They gave us finance options but didn’t prevent us from using own financing. No one tried to strong-arm us into a bunch of extras. When we drove away, we could not believe how fortunate we were to find a dealer like Criswell and a salesman like Nate. We will highly recommend Nate Chapelle to any of our friends and family and are happy to tell them about our wonderful experience. More

Both were very helpful answering my many questions. We did not feel any pressure purchasing our vehicle. We received a great deal and got a really good trade in value for our car. The entire process went smoothly. After the sale, both Vance and Alan spent a lot of time going over all the cars features. We came back in a week later to have Splash Guards added, and when we were finished with the Service Department, Alan and Vance spent another hour going back over many of the car's features and setting up our personal settings. We will both be returning to this dealership in the future thanks to both Vance and Alan. Also, Dawn in the Finance Department was friendly and very efficient and completed the process quickly. More
