He was very responsive and interested in helping us find the right car at a good price. He connected us with his sales consultant Gerry who had the car ready upon our arrival and was a pleasure to deal with start to finish and willing to do whatever it took to ensure our satisfaction. He even cleaned the old dirty tags we transferred to the RDX and personally linked up our cell phone to the car's blue tooth. The business manager and receptionist were also helpful. I drove an hour to buy from Criswell because I believed they would treat us right and deliver as Lamont had promised. We were not disappointed. I would recommend Criswell Acura to anyone. More

I was just looking I went to Criswell to look at an Acura that I had seen online and was immediately greeted warmly by Alan. He walked me to the very car that I had seen online and gave me the vehicle information that I had no idea about while my sales associate, Kae was finishing up with another client. Since the car that I came to actually see was inside the showroom, Alan found the exact same car on the lot so that I could test drive it. Kae came out and we were on the road. Kae was very patient and unlike most dealers that I have had in the past, she was calm and quiet and allowed me a minute to really enjoy my ride and connect with the car. Upon returning to the showroom, we went into a seamless transaction and before I knew it, I had been converted from a looker into a buyer. The team was in NO WAY pushy or aggressive or overwhelming to me. I was given loads of information and because she has so much product knowledge, Kae easily answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. Alan made me feel as though I was a special guest in his home and constantly checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable while the transaction was being completed. Upon signing, Dawn was so friendly and was in no way overbearing about the additional options, just informative. At the end, Kae helped me get my phone working and synced everything so that I was comfortable, including calling Sirus and activating my radio for me. Kae and Alan even made sure that I scheduled time to return to ensure that I was able to use all of the tools that the vehicle had to offer and that I was comfortable with them or had any questions.This was the BEST experience that I have ever had and I would never purchase another Acura from anywhere else. Stefano greeted us as we walked through the door with enthusiasm and offered to show us around. He explained all of the features, styles, and options and before we knew it we were on a test drive. The car, Acura TL, is wonderful! He gave us a great deal and he and the business office helped to rush us through the paperwork since it is a school night. So we drove out with a new and fabulous vehicle! Because Stefano was very friendly and helpful and because the car is so nice, we purchased it tonight even though we really had not intended on buying it immediately. He was not pushy at all, just very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a car! More

Exceptional purchase experience My experience purchasing an RDX from Criswell was the easiest car purchase I have ever made ( and I've purchased over 10 vehicles previously). I visi My experience purchasing an RDX from Criswell was the easiest car purchase I have ever made ( and I've purchased over 10 vehicles previously). I visited in October and Stefano showed me the vehicles I was interested in. He is extremely knowledgeable, with no pressure to buy. I told him I did not want to purchase until the spring; he honored that and would just check in with me every few months. Then when I was ready to purchase, he gave me a good price. I was able to negotiate my price over email and then made 2 quick trips to drop off my credit app/ insurance info (20 minutes) and then less than 45 minutes to drop off my trade in and sign paperwork - Mustafa was so quick and thorough, we couldn't believe how quickly it went. I'll go back to pick up the vehicle after some accessories I've requested are added, but that visit will be all fun as I learn how to use all the exciting features that the RDX offers. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, even those that had nothing to gain by doing so. Such a pleasant experience! I highly recommend the folks at Criswell Acura. More
