I can't imagine a better buying experience. Our salesman (Al Zayas) was very knowledgeable and helpful without making us feel pressured. Al's communications during the purchase were excellent and he even drove 30 miles to pick me up for the delivery of our new MDX. Mustafa led us through the financial paperwork in a very organized manner and explained every number. The car was detailed perfectly and the delivery process was flawless. Once again, Al showed his professionalism during the delivery by syncing my phone with the car and explaining every button and feature. The car buying experience doesn't get much better than this. The navigation screen on my 2007 RDX suddenly went blank. I called the dealership to arrange service and the conversation went something like this: Me: Hello, I'd like to bring my acura in to have the Nav I called the dealership to arrange service and the conversation went something like this: Me: Hello, I'd like to bring my acura in to have the Navigation system looked at. Criswell: Yeah, we don't fix those anymore (long silent pause) Me: But... It's an Acura. Criswell: Yeah, we don't fix those nav systems anymore. Me: So... That's all you have to say? Criswell: Yeah, pretty much. I have always driven Acuras because they were all ways synonymous with quality. This RDX hasn't failed often, but it has always been major system failures. Acura service policies have declined with with the quality if the product. I was looking at a new RDX, but the Lexus RX is looking better and better. More

Frank and Alan were great! They worked together to accommodate all of our needs. They did everything to make our car buying experience perfect; from finding us the exact SUV we wanted, helping us get accommodate all of our needs. I've been a Criswell sales and service customer for nearly 15 years, but while I gave high scores in the ratings above, for the record I was not prepared to actually purchase the car the day I did (Oct nearly 15 years, but while I gave high scores in the ratings above, for the record I was not prepared to actually purchase the car the day I did (October 14, 2013). While I was given the usual option to finance it, I reluctantly did as I felt obligated at that point since the offer I was given on my trade-in ('07 RL) was supposedly only valid for that day. I'm not sure if this is a standard dealership tactic to induce the customer to buy right then or not but did not feel entirely comfortable being pressured into the sale right away. I'd also like to add that I'm normally hesitant to buy a new car in its first model year. Perhaps I should have just waited a few more months which was my original plan. While I will continue to use Criswell for the car's service appointments, I may look elsewhere inthe future for the next new car sale. Since the sale, however, I've learned that one of my salesmen (yes, I had two - one for the test drive and one for the actual sale) was promoted to Finance Manager, so apparently I helped him "make his numbers." More

From his initial greeting, to obtaining price quotes, to negotiating the final deal and showing us all of the technology and setting up pho helpful.
