I totalled my BMW about 3 months ago and had NO desire to deal with the angst of going through the stress/games of purchasing a another vehicle. After visiting Ford dealerships, Lexus, Chrysler my last vi deal with the angst of going through the stress/games of purchasing a another vehicle. After visiting Ford dealerships, Lexus, Chrysler my last visit was going to be to an Audi dealership. I missed my turn...ended up at Criswell Acura and I still cannot believe the service I received. The manager (Lamont) and Angela were very professional, great listners and what I liked most was I got the sense they wanted to help me make the right purchase. After explaining that I wanted to back track to the Lexus dealership, I was told, that is fine "we will hold the offer on the table if you decide to come back." I left there thinking they had another buyer anyways so no sweet from them. An hour later I returned, and to their calm, patient and collect thoughts - the offer was on the table and then some. They may made me feel at home...especially for someone like me who HATE debt/spending money! I knew something was up! So I called another dealership selling the same vehicle, requesting the same options and asked could they beat the a certain offer. I was told take the offer. Almost a month later, I still feel as though I robbed the store or took advantage of them. Isn't this how the buyer is suppose to feel like the dealer has done him? I Luv them Criswell folks! More
Customer service, response time extremely professional. Even the gentleman who shuttled me to work was exceptional. I was just dissapointed in the prices quoted to me for repairs. This is the second used Acura, one MDX and one TL, we have purchased from Criswell Acura in the last 2 years. The customer service we received during both purchases was fantastic. The process was smooth have purchased from Criswell Acura in the last 2 years. The customer service we received during both purchases was fantastic. The process was smooth and stress free. The price was outstanding. Both our sales rep Meg and used vehicle manager Alan spent almost an hour going over the vehicle with us to ensure we knew it well. Very positive experience. We will be back for our next vehicle and continue to use their service department. More

He was able to inform me about the oil change service and the price. He asked my preference for when I wanted to bring in my MDX. I requested the next day at 8:30 a.m.He was able to schedule me with out any problems and welcomed me. When I arrived the following day, he greeted me, explained the service, asked if my oil light came on, explained what the truck codes would reference and proceeded to explain the services related to the codes. He collected all of the necessary information from me and proceeded to walk me to the waiting area. He identified the amenities that were available. I also asked him about the extended warranty for my MDX. When the Finance Manager (Dawn Harper)arrived, Christian walked me to her office so I could discuss warranty information. My entire experience was very positive! Christian was very kind, informative, and very professional. I truly appreciated his help. Thanks Again Christian!! More
My first contact with the dealer was in 1993...this is the third Acura I have purchased from Criswell. I was shopping around for an RL that was a late model car with low milage. Excellent service department. Very friendly staff, clean and well-appointed waiting room. They took us at the last minute without an appointment and still managed to get our car back to us in a reasonable and well-appointed waiting room. Stefano was very helpful and accommodating. When a club membership (USAA/AAA) was pointed out, Stefano quickly sought to make sure our quoted price reflected these discounts. Very professional. Also, we let him know up front we did not want all the bells, whistles, add-on's, service contracts, etc., and unlike other dealerships he honored that request. This is one reason why we do not do business at those dealerships. Overall, very satisfied with the visit and sale. More
