Mark was absolutely great for keeping me up to date on the status of my truck since it was in there for almost two weeks. The only comment I have (which is not related to Mark) was that I tried to sche the status of my truck since it was in there for almost two weeks. I've been with Criswell Acura for 10 years and have had all positive experiences including my most recent MDX purchase experience with Alan Hannon and Vance Ellis. After spending a great deal of time going over the vehicle features and clearly defining price options the decision was clear. In additon, several staff members were most accomodating to my two girls as they waited patiently during the purchase process. It is evident Alan and his team understand that customer service is crucial by making the process pleasant and giving us personailzed attention on all levels. My recent purchase experience at Criswell Acura was seamless due to Alan Hannon, Vance Ellis and Dawn Harper(finance manager) and I look forward to continued service there. I was able to deliver my vehicle to the service bay on time and deal with Mark right away to have the service done. A loaner was provided and I was called back to pick up the car about an hour earlier tha time and deal with Mark right away to have the service done.
