Mr. Johnson sped up the examination process so I could wait to find out what was wrong with my car before deciding if I could wait for the repair or had to get a ride. Mr. Johnson thoroughly reviewed the issues, offered suggestions and options which I found very useful. When it became clear that I would have to leave the car, he offered me a loaner which I accepted. Upon my return to pick up my car, there were two notable things. First, the price of the repair was less than the quote Mr. Johnson had given me prevously - always a pleasant surprise. Second, upon examination of the loaner, Mr. Johnson discovered that the mudflap (I don't know the actual name of the part) hanging behind the right front tire was torn up. I was unaware of anything that could have occurred over the two or three days that I had the car. As I explained to him, the car had been sitting in the Daily Parking garage at BWI the entire time I'd had it except to drive back and forth to the dealership. Nothing had occurred while I had been driving and there was nothing in the parking garage that could have caused that problem. Despite that, I was surprised, and grateful, that Mr. Johnson handled the matter with great tact and politeness despite the fact that he was obviously concerned. More

The service was excellent. The staff was so helpful. I had two small children with me and we had to travel back to New Jersey that day. The associate made everything go as smoothly as possible. He was friendly and listened carefully to my requests. The service was also fairly priced. The two guys that drive the courtesy shuttle were also especially polite and cooperative. We live in New Jersey but I have not been happy with the the service there so I have my car serviced at Criswell instead. We originally did buy the car at Criswell.
