The biggest frustration was trying to make an appt. for service. Everytime I tried to call I was put on hold or transferred and then put on hold and no one would ever pick up the phone-it would automatica service. I just bought my 2007 MDX in August 2010 and it needed the B1 service. I chose Criswell Acrua because I saw some of the positive reviews on dealerrater.com and I wasn't disappointed! I made my appointme the B1 service. I chose Criswell Acrua because I saw some of the positive reviews on dealerrater.com and I wasn't disappointed! I made my appointment at the last minute and the people that I worked with were very willing to get my car in the next day (they would have gotten my car in the same day but I was unavailable). Christian explained the entire B1 service to me, performed the service faster than promised, and walked me to my car to make sure that the service technician had removed the paper floor mat from my car. Those little touches go a long way towards building customer confidence! I called another Acura dealership (closer to my office) to get a price quote on the B1 service and the quoted price for the B1 service was $180 (instead of the $221 that I ended up paying at Criswell). That is why I rated the price as "okay" instead of "good" or "great". But I will DEFINITELY return to Criswell for service in the future. Christian is fantastic! More

Really friendly service from everyone. I was seen promptly at my appointment time,and my car info was processed quickly. The waiting room was comfortable, a large screen TV, Starbucks coffee and some promptly at my appointment time,and my car info was processed quickly. Good service and loaner car too. The price was more than expected, warrentee should have covered more because of low miles. Acura should fix the problem for less money because this is a $35,000 car and it o expected, warrentee should have covered more because of low miles. "Good" (4) on Price: I always think I could have done better. Both my wife and I enjoyed the pleasant, no pressure mode displayed by the sales person (Kymberlie).
