My husband has always wanted a Lexus, and we started our new car search there in 2005. At that time, we found the best deal and were overall happier with the Acura, so it wasn't hard to choose the Acura RL new car search there in 2005. We were very close to buying the Lexus... it's a great car. But because we had been so satisfied with Criswell and our RL, we returned to Criswell, where Stefano and Alan proved to be an unbeatable team. We got an incredible trade on our '05 RL, a great price on our new TL, and the financing was smooth thanks to Dave. You might think that was enough. Not for Alan! A month has passed since we got the car, and he just left us this evening (on his night off) after spending better than 2 hours thoroughly insuring that we understood how to take full advantage of all the many features of this technology-laden beauty. He adamantly reinforced his availability to answer any questions, and proved to us, once again, that we made the best choice with Criswell and Acura. That level of personalized service can't be beat. Why would anyone go anywhere else? More
Very positive experience. Christian was excellent...easy to talk to; helpful and very knowledgeable. Criswell was able to schedule me at a time convenient to my schedule. The car has been wonderful. The waiting room was pleasant enough. I needed to replace a dead battery. I called the dealership to alert them to my problem. I arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon. Everything was good except for some reason they decided to wipe the programmed memory for the seat and mirror position. It was probably an accident but still annoying.. I appreciate that they use the mats, but there's no reason they can't throw it away when they are finished. This is an issue with all the dealers I've been to. In general I'd appreciate it if dealers would try harder to leave the car as they found it. I'd expect this kind of thing from a no-name shop, not an Acura dealer. That said, everything else was great. More

i contacted this service department with an electronic error display in my vehicle and they expedited an appointment to repair. initially I intended to wait while the repair was being completed; however, error display in my vehicle and they expedited an appointment to repair. initially I intended to wait while the repair was being completed; however, following their diagnosis they needed to overnight a not-in-stock sensor item. they immediately provided a loaner car and provided a estimated time for repair, which was accurate. i'd recommend this service dept. Our experiences at Criswell Acura have been exceptional both in sales and follow-up service. Typically one would expect that following a car purchase where customer service is very good, follow-on service both in sales and follow-up service. Typically one would expect that following a car purchase where customer service is very good, follow-on service would be lackluster at best. This has not been the case at Criswell Acura. Living an hour and a half away, we first made several phone calls in regards to our malfunctioning navigation system and radio. Right off the bat, we were given guidance over the phone as how to proceed with this repair. Setting up the appointment was easy and painless and both times fit into our schedules perfectly rather than us scheduling around the service department's availability. This was much appreciated. We were greeted by Mr. Christian Johnson immediately upon bringing the car in where we were asked very detailed questions about the vehicle's problems. We were extremely impressed that Mr. Johnson was very through as he recorded every detail we mentioned in his written report to the mechanic. Having done so, we are convinced, resulted in the exact problems being identified and solved. Again, living some distance from the service department this professionalism and attention to detail, as demonstrated by Mr. Johnson, is crucial in avoiding multiple trips to the service center. The Acura mechanic replaced the part, and as promised by Mr. Johnson, the "icing on the cake" was that the necessary part was covered under our initial warranty. The complimentary shuttle service meant not having to wait at the service center for the repair to be done. Overall, Criswell Acura demonstrates the the highest level of customer service in both sales and service. More
The service we received from Criswell Acura, specifically Chris Thomas , was excellent. We experienced a battery problem with the MDX and required that the vehicle get a battery boost. Mr Thomas investigated the situation and asked the correct questions that ultimately provided a solution to our problem. He explained the the possible issues with the battery discharge and further explained the methods to prevent the problem in the future. I commend his patience with an irritated customer and the excellent support he provided. More
