I called 5 dealerships in Va. and Md.looking for a specific car from True Value.Com this past week. These others Dealerships suggested that Criswell was being less then sincere with their pricing. The entire buying experience was great. I have purchased 7 new vehicles in the last 12 years and only regret that I did nor know of these excellent professionals before now. The manager Gary even gave us a rebate I had missed, not many Dealerships would do this. Looking to buy a new Frontier. I found it on the internet when i call the dealer to stop by and see it. Mr Otchere answer and told me the dealer was close for the day. I told him i was 1 block away. He still took the time to locate the exact truck and showed it to me. I explain to him how much i can pay monthly. I went back the next day and him and the financing dept made it happen for me. Long story short it was Sunday afternoon and no one try to force me into anything i did not want or cant pay for.
