The dealership is notably clean and easy to find. I brought my car in for warranty service (RR tire not holding desired pressure). The service rep was cheerful and friendly and told me he’d come tell I brought my car in for warranty service (RR tire not holding desired pressure). The service rep was cheerful and friendly and told me he’d come tell me when the work is done. He didn’t do that but I got notice on my cell phone an hour later. When I went to get my key, no one was there, behind the desk. No service rep in sight. I did go to the service manager who kindly found the paper work. No explanation was given to me, and nothing on the paper work indicated what they did. However, all seems well. In time I will know if all is well if the pressure stays good. I am grateful and pleased with the service, whatever it was. More
