My radiator went out two days before the Fourth of July weekend. I had to rush an make an appointment on July 3rd. The technician who assisted me was very professional, waited for me to find my warranty claim info, stayed to call the claim department to get my job order process started, even as everyone was ready to leave for the holiday. My car was ready the Monday afternoon following the holiday weekend. Great service again, my only note is that the automated text message system sent a message when the work was done, but before the claim had been processed, which led to confusion, but otherwise very good work More

Went in to use a $59. 95 coupon that was emailed to me, it was for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and multipoint inspections. Not mentioned was an extra $14 "fee" 95 coupon that was emailed to me, it was for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and multipoint inspections.
