Bought the car on March 31,2023. A nightmare ever since. They were quick to take my money. Dale Critz said he is loosing money. No wonder look how they treated me. Salesman zackory said he balanced the tires and aligned it before I got there. Which was a lie. Pulled and shook bad. Salesman zackory kept telling me he used to be a police now a care salesman. I wonder about that. I looked at my new car the first time. It had rocks in all 4 tires.then Zackory told me he balanced the tires with rocks in them that it didn't effect the balancing. I told him he was full of lies. . Upon receiving my car salesman zackory tried to sell me locking lug nuts and a cargo net. Later I found out that I paid for the locking lugs and cargo net. Casey and secretary Crystal told me the locking lugs would be sent to me in the mail and gave me the cargo net. The front end pulled. It took two alignments to straighten out. The tires all 4 were bad. Mr critz agreed to replace them. I had Nesmith in jesup ga fix and certify bad road force. Defective damages tires. The service manager Robert and his servent looked me in the eyes and said they put 4 new tires on. I left because there were only 2 new tires. I knew I had been Lied to. They scratched my fender paint to the metal. Robert the service manager said he would send me a touchup paint stick with the locking lugs. I told Robert the service manager the mechanic pinged my rims. That at first I wasn't going to do anything about it. But after Robert told me on 4-21-2023 that Mr Critz and them were not going to fix anything else on my car to sue them would be ok. I told Robert 4-21-2023 recorded phone calls on all calls as proof. I told Robert that his man static balance the tires then regular balanced them on the two new ones they put on that day. and I just found out why they shake. You don't put weights in the center outside and inside edges all three. So each time they balanced the wheels they just kept adding weight.Another dealer certified there was only 2 new tires. Critz Service manager lied to me to my face. Critz Robert balanced the tires 4 times. Each time the car shook. Worse. Then when I complained the service manager admitted to lying to me. And agreed to give the two tires. I drove 2 hours back and got the two tires. . .Robert service manager told me on 4-21-2023 that his man was gm certified. I said that was odd he balanced them 4 times and still they shake and another dealership certified the tires are balanced wrong. He said sue we don't care. We will not pay of fix the car any more. good by. That day 4-21-2023. Such horrible service and horrible dealership. . I have driven 700 miles and two tanks of gas dealing with this horrible dealership. I still have to pay 75.00 to have the rear tires rebalanced. Critz and his employees abandoned me. Such a horrible place. On top of that my back two tires need rebalancing. My right fender is scratched to me metal. There is 18 socket pings on my rims. I think GMC should step in and correct these problems and pay me back for my time and expense. Penalize Critzr dealership. Google reviews show alot of people with the exact same issues there. More than loving the vehicle we decided to purchase, it was Sara's ability to establish report with us that was the ultimate deciding factor to give our business to Critz-Mercedes-Benz. Jackie, in the blue shirt--a Customer Service Representative, confirmed our choice of Critz-Mercedes-Benz by going above and beyond her duty to make us comfortable and by consistently checking on us. Chris Shorette was amazing too as he consistently checked on us. The team at Critz-Mercedes-Benz, from Sales to Finance to the Service are simply amazing. I will only do business with Critz-Mercedes-Benz now, they have mastered customer service. I have already recommended Critz-Mercedes-Benz to my family members. Thank you Sara and Jackie!!! More

Scammers. Replaced in cabin air filter on 2019? I only gave 1 star because it is the worst it will allow. These guys do not even deserve that. I took my brand new 2019 terrain in for an oil change a I only gave 1 star because it is the worst it will allow. These guys do not even deserve that. I took my brand new 2019 terrain in for an oil change and these guys changed my in cabin air filter and air filter without confirming the work with me and then charged me $104 for something I did not need or want. I had told them to remove the parts, but after being there for 2 hrs with an appointment, I was late for another appointment. Being told it would be 45 minutes to remove the part, I asked for a manager. He was conveniently "on vacation", but would be back monday. Called monday. Called Tuesday. Called Wednesday. No call back. Go figure.... I have since had to dispute the charges. I will never return to any of their dealerships and I would strongly advise anybody else to avoid them as well More
WORST GMC DEALER‼️ This dealership has disappointed me in every way possible on all of the 8 times I've been there. On 3 separate occasions, parts Dept did not have what I needed, one of those trips was for replacement wiper blades! Two times after regular maintenance (oil changes) the car wash was broken and I don't even get a clean-ish SUV!! People always seem to be around yet no one greets you upon arrival nor do they bother to assist you if the person you're there to see is on ph or assisting another. I have a 2017 GMC YUKON SLT that I am told has 2 bad fuel injectors...to the tune of $1100.00 and the vehicle isn't even 2 years old, and they refuse to do a fuel analysis test that GM Customer Care TOLD ME TO REQUEST when I went to pay/pick up my SUV. I am completely DISAPPOINTED in GMC and CRITZ!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! More

It took me 8 months to get a running board replaced, and not ONE but TWO separate appointments to get a new head unit and have it programmed correctly, including navigation. What service technician installs a new head unit and forgets to program it on TWO SEPARATE occasions? David at Critz, that's who. After raising a humongous stink about the issue, David finally made one phone call and a gentleman named Joseph called back. He was extremely helpful and kind; was able to walk my husband through the process of fixing the problem. IN UNDER THIRTY MINUTES. Very happy with the service and time Joseph spent with us on a Saturday to fix the problem, he seems to understand the concept of customer service. If you're planning to purchase a vehicle and spend your hard earned money, drive away from this place as fast as you can (in your own vehicle, not one of theirs!) More
