Poor salesperson They said they found a truck and would have in about 3 days, then they said they couldn't get that truck. I told them to find another truck. They said they found a red one in FL., and they could get it in a couple of days. I told them to cancel the first one and get the one in FL. Then they called and said they had the truck (the first one I requested for them to get). Then when I went to pick up the truck they rushed me in and back out, didn't explain much about the truck at all. More

This is a keyless starter and to receive a second ( which I deem proper and necessary) as to the cost of producing an additional one } I do feel the dealer should furnish this instead of me having to purchase same. I should have been advised of this ahead of purchase. Additionally, which is not as important as the key, this radio doe not have an xm band. The radio I can remedy however I do strongly feel that the key should be furnished by the dealer. However our salesman was great and extremely nice to work with. More
