Great Purchasing Experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The salesman was very nice, and it does help to know what yo want before you get there. The sales did a good job of showing the vehicle and asking the right questions to ensure he understood what I was looking for. The Sales manager was awesome. Very knowledgeable, and look for every possible rebate, discount, etc. basically as advertised on their website. If I had to say any negative, their website was about a week old, because the vehicle I had originally wanted was sold already a few days before. The financial manager was great as well, did a very good job on explaining everything, to the point to double check if I was getting the best deal, walking through I few "What If's" with me as I ask question concerning the finances etc.. Did very good job of explaining the best extended maintenance plan available with the prices up front and how it would adjust my payment base on the plan I choose if I choose at all. Will definitely recommend Cronic to anyone looking for a good deal and a great staff. More

Got a new Canyon! First time buyer at Chronic. Had configured a GMC Canyon on line and they responded to my request and asked me to come in and take a look. Did not rea First time buyer at Chronic. Had configured a GMC Canyon on line and they responded to my request and asked me to come in and take a look. Did not really have the truck I was looking for, but...I did find something I liked better. And one that my wife said she would drive. Check and check. Drove the truck with my salesperson (Sam - a real pro) and liked the way it handled and felt on the road. Got back to the dealership and started the usually not so pleasant part. Usually, but not this time. Bottom line, Chronic made it very easy to do business without a lot of pressure and tension. Feel like I got a great deal and would certainly consider Chronic if/when that we need a new car/truck again. Being that my vehicle was a "gently used" vehicle, I would tell them there is room for improvement on how the vehicle is delivered. More
