Unfortunately, the lug nuts weren't tightened d My sales experience with Mike Thompkins was professional and pleasant. I am very happy with my Jeep. Unfortunately, the lug nuts weren't tightened down properly, and the rear passenger wheel almost came off after a couple of weeks. I had to replace the wheel studs and lug nuts. After purchasing the Jeep, I drove it from Georgia to Colorado, so I couldn't take the Jeep to the dealership to be repaired. I called Mike and told him what happened. He was very apologetic and promised to look into the problem immediately. Mike made sure that Cronic reimbursed me for the parts and labor on the rear wheel. Mistakes happen, but Mike Thompkins, and Cronic made everything right by me. Thank you. More
