Unable to fix recall So after 2,5 hours I was told they couldn’t perform the recall fix due to an issue updating the computer. I was told a ticket was raised with RAM and So after 2,5 hours I was told they couldn’t perform the recall fix due to an issue updating the computer. I was told a ticket was raised with RAM and I would need to contact them next week. I don’t think I should have been sent away in a vehicle with a known recall unrepaired. Much less leave it to me to contact them Not great service in my opinion More
