Like I said the overall experience was good, as Mike is a down to earth guy and keeps his promises. Once I took delivery of the vehicle, my wife and children got in and each of them said there was snot on the seats. (Yes someone picked their nose and wiped it on the seats in the car. Hard to believe I know, but I called Mike and he said he would make it right with us. At the time we did not have time to go back to visit him, due to time constraints of a prior arrangement. Anyway, we stopped at a parts store, got some armor all wipes, wiped the seats down and carried on to our destination. I did let Mike know that I was not happy with the cleanup department, but other than that, everyone I worked with was great. I even had a good time doing the paperwork with Jeff in the finance department. He has a great sense of humor and made signing the paperwork pretty fun. More
