Great Service! I initially came in to have my car radio tested and another issue was detected. I came back a week later to have a relay starter switch installed and I initially came in to have my car radio tested and another issue was detected. I came back a week later to have a relay starter switch installed and I didn't have to wait long at all. In addition to that I was not charged for the part since I had to have the car towed to another shop a week earlier after it would not start. Service advisor Kimberly Barfield was so warm, friendly and courteous, she made me feel like she really cared that my car issue was resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. The service technician Mark was also professional and helpful. I actually ran into an old friend, service tech, Henry who I met at another service shop about 14-15 years ago and had not seen in many years. I enjoyed my first experience at Cronic and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable service. Thank you all. More
