Oil Change Service is GREAT, but poor recall service I give 2 stars for the service dept. Because the oil change service is GREAT. However, each time I come in for a recall, customer service seems to ge I give 2 stars for the service dept. Because the oil change service is GREAT. However, each time I come in for a recall, customer service seems to get worse and worse. When I walk in, not any of the women at any of the desks speak or acknowledge that I walked in the door. I walk up to a desk, I ask who do I see for my recall appointment, and she says someone will be with you in a moment, all while never looking away from her computer, and certainly not in a friendly manner. Minutes later, and still not ever looking my way, points that the lady at the desk beside her (who just walked in) will take care of me. I understand that a job has to be done, but zero eye contact and friendliness is a killer in the customer service world. At least acknowledge the people walking in the door who spend money at that dealership! While the customer service is great in other parts of Cronic, I dread having to come in to do a recall service on my truck. I will be looking to find another, friendlier dealer to do service on my truck. More
