I will never return I went to get Service on my Ram 1500. I went for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and to get some recalls taken care of. When I arrived I sto I went to get Service on my Ram 1500. I went for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and to get some recalls taken care of. When I arrived I stood around for 10 minuets before the older woman acknowledged me. I told her what I needed done and handed her my paperwork on the recalls she stated “December 15th” I asked what was December 15th she informed me that would be when they could take care of the recalls. I said I just wanted a tire rotation and balance and dont worry about the recalls. The next day when I arrived to pick up my truck I again stood around for another 15 minuets before I was acknowledged and paid for the services. When I got in my truck and got down the road I hit 55mph and noticed my car was vibrating. When I called back and spoke with a mechanic he stated the tires were only rotated not balanced. I will never get service here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone for service or for purchasing a vehicle. More

Don’t know a aftermarket part from a upgrade package part. So I took my brand new charger there to have the fog lamps looked at because one of them was flickering. After the mechanic was done fixing the issue So I took my brand new charger there to have the fog lamps looked at because one of them was flickering. After the mechanic was done fixing the issue Mrs. Lorna Smith tried to charge me $50 for tightening up my harness claiming it was a aftermarket fog lamp and harness. Clearly they were wrong because the dodge chargers with the super track pack come with different fog lamps than the other models that dodge put on the vehicles. I bought my car with 15 miles on it and clearly states that my fog lights are projector LED FOG LAMPS. I would not have wrote this review or named names but she actually tried to keep my keys. First off if they were aftermarket which they are not they were supposed to tell me and let me make the decision if I wanted them to fix it or not. But the mechanics and service individuals clearly don’t know the different packages that dodge offer and try to shame costumers into paying out of pocket. I will never go back to Chronic again unless som changes are made or at least educating the mechanics and services people on the different models and package groups that dodge have to offer More
