Need a way to see when a person has purchased the service package. I purchased this with the vehicle and my wife brings it in for service. Although she mentions the package she has still been charged for the package. I purchased this with the vehicle and my wife brings it in for service. Although she mentions the package she has still been charged for the oil change and tire rotation. She was charged a little over $83 on this service and I had to take time at work to call and straighten it out on top off being out $83 until we receive a reimbursement check, we live out of town. Also, she is told she needs this or that done when she takes vehicle in and at a ridiculous rate which I assume is a way for the dealership to make more money of a person. Seems like a service package is a bait to get you in to take more of your money. This is why I rate at a three and why I will probably never buy another service package. I would rather deal with my local service center which I trust! More

The service team currently has my car and from the updates they have provided, I’m more than satisfied in the service. They have discovered problems that caused the issues I reported.
