I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am and didn’t leave the dealership until 1pm due to the negligence of the car technician. I had a 9 a.m. appointment, and arrived at 8:40. When I returned to pick it up at 10:30 it was just being taken in to the lift. I took my trick in for service and expected to have all fluid levels checked. When I got it back I discovered the transmission fluid was 3 quarts low.
