Oil change This place is awesome. However I believe there is too much upselling. I went in for a oil change, that I do on a regular basis. If I had not gotten a This place is awesome. If I had not gotten a free oil change, and a 15% discount, I would have paid almost $200 and that did not include the battery they wanted to replace. My car is 2017 with 60,000 miles. It was suggested over 7 products in addition to the oil change. While I sat there, he said the other two people in front of me needed the same cabin filter for a cost of $59.00. He staff is awesome but since I bought a new car in 2017, I had hoped not to have to keep putting all the extra charges every time I go just for an oily change. Once again you guys are so nice and friendly. When I bought this car Prince treated me better than any other dealer had. And I have bought many cars. More

5K Service Maintenance I purchased a 2019 Nissan Maxima from Cronic Nissan. I took our vehicle in for the 5K service maintenance and the facility was clean and the service a I purchased a 2019 Nissan Maxima from Cronic Nissan. I took our vehicle in for the 5K service maintenance and the facility was clean and the service advisor were customer friendly. They updated me on the status of my vehicle and reviewed the multi inspection form with me. They completed my service quickly and I was ready to go. My only issue was I had a recall on my vehicle and they informed me that I would need to schedule an appointment to get this taken care of. This seemed odd to me so I called another Nissan dealership and was told to bring it in (which I did) and they would take care of it More
