Oil change took excessive amount of time. Even though l was the first (and only) customer in there, it took them 45 minutes. I also had my tires rotated, but that was only 20 minutes. Very upset , drove 1 hour to be told something that could have been handled via phone. Had issues multiple times and spoke with my sales person every time regarding the issue. Just purchased the vehicle in J have been handled via phone. Had issues multiple times and spoke with my sales person every time regarding the issue. Just purchased the vehicle in June and already having issues and have even paid to take sure that all issues were resolved. Gotten key’s reprogram(2) and replaced battery, maintained oil change from when purchased the vehicle. To only hear that it’s nothing anyone can do to even try to help with the issue. Very disappointing and disturbing to wait 4 hours for no issue to be resolved. I hate I was placed in a situation that could have been handled better. And to hear that management wouldn’t even help or even have a discussion with me. More

We were not expecting to go to Cronic Nissan but had a very bad experience at McDonough Nissan and decided to stop there to see what they had. Omar was amazing. He tried to find the car I was looking for at surrounding dealers. Unfortunately they were all sold or spoken for. We test drove a rogue sport. I did not think I could afford, of course I loved it. Omar and the finance team made it happen. I am now the proud owner of a rogue sport. It was an easy no hassle experience. Definitely recommend Omar at Cronic Nissan in Griffin!!
