Very nice people with whom to do business. I enjoyed the entire experience, but was disappointed with the Costco program. Gary, Steve, Mike, Randy, Andrew, and Ted were all great. And.. Disappointed with my first experience with this dealership. With all the positive reviews I'm shocked to even have to type this up about the business. Shop there if you like, but how you treat pe dealership. With all the positive reviews I'm shocked to even have to type this up about the business. Shop there if you like, but how you treat people, and how honest they are is more important than a warranty you will have to hope the dealership will uphold if a problem arises. Darren, who is mentioned a lot in these reviews, flat out lied to us about a truck. We live an hour away. Saw a truck we liked online, so we called at 300 pm just before leaving to look at it. Darren confirmed it was available. By 430 when we arrive he told us it just sold 20 mins ago. I later talked to the manager about my issue with Darren, and he told me the truck sold in the morning. I was completely turned off by this. It really felt like Darren intentionally had us drive down only to show us a more expensive truck. He really acted like he could care less if we were there. The manager said he would talk with Darren about what happened, but he was really just listening to my complaint. He didn't offer any solutions. I don't think that anything will change. This business will continue to be unappreciative of their potential customers. I'm really just tired of how people in this world treat others with zero respect and think it's ok. More
