Great place I did a lot of research before going to Hirlinger. I knew what I wanted and after searching all over the city at different dealers I found no better d I did a lot of research before going to Hirlinger. I knew what I wanted and after searching all over the city at different dealers I found no better deals. Steve Genetti was the person I dealt with. He was very helpful and a good guy to work with. Both he and his father are military veterans. Steve made the deal easy and I didn't have to spend 6 hours in the chair waiting for answers like the last car I bought -- at a different dealer. I felt that he was being honest with me. He even answered some of my not so smart questions on the phone about the car after I took it home. More

Best Ever My son knows Mike's son and I asked about a car for my wife. When I discussed it with him he went the extra mile to find the exact car she wanted. I almost bought a car from Tom Gill but Mike was willing to do whatever he could do for me to make it happen. She wanted a pearl white Equinox and there arent many out there. Mike found one for me and helped me set up a surprise for her. It went off jus tlike I wanted. I wanter her to be super surprised and he helped me do it. She was so happy that she got exactly what she wanted. Mike was fantastic. I would recommend Hirlinger Chevrolet to anyone looking for a chevy. Super car; great experience. The dealership seemed a bit different from others in that they addressed my concerns and preferences without undue pressure. They actually looked at t The dealership seemed a bit different from others in that they addressed my concerns and preferences without undue pressure. They actually looked at the specs I sent them and responded with proposals, including offering to order the exact car. Gary searched the area and eventually found the right car for us. They made a trade-in offer I considered fair, even though our car was in need of repair; they quoted a value they would honor assuming the care was repaired (which it was). With regard to several cars I considered, Gary quickly gave me detailed price info, including a copy of the detailed invoice. The info he provided on the car we bought included a bottom-line number that was the exact amount we paid--no last-minute fees, surcharges, taxes, etc. Randy was super pleasant, efficient and helpful as well. I also appreciated the fact that they had a Chevy Bolt ev (the model we wanted) sitting right in front of the dealership, available for a test drive, though it's probably not one of their huge sellers. All in all a super experience. More

After looking for almost 1 year for a truck that could be towed with all 4 wheels on the ground We would give Hirlingers a 5 star rating in every way. After looking for almost 1 year for a truck that could be towed with all 4 wheels on the ground we went into Hirlingers and Gary Trabel was the first sales person who was able to answer all of our questions we had concerning a truck and then found the perfect one for us along with getting us a great price. The entire transaction went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the 2018 Silverado that we purchased. Gary had everything detailed and did an outstanding job explaining all the features and how everything worked. We would highly recommend the dealership and Gary Trabel for your next vehicle purchase.
