I had, in my past, purchased several vehicles from a dea Hi I had the pleasure of having Dallas Taulbee as my salesperson and he did a fantastic job. I had, in my past, purchased several vehicles from a dealer in Florence Ky and the experience has been mixed at best. I had a 2015 Silverado and my lease was soon to be up so I was exploring options on whether to buy out or trade in. The Florence Ky dealer went through some motions like they were working on my behalf but in no way did they ever get close to appearing like they wanted to deal with me. Through a online inquiry I was contacted by Dallas and he, from the start, presented himself as very confident that he could make a deal happen. He asked good questions on what I was looking for and once he had my wishlist he went to work and found a vehicle that was a 95% match to what I was looking for. He requested the typical information via email and put a deal together to present to me. As it turned out he fulfilled his promise to make a deal work and not only got me in an AWESOME Silverado he saved me money. The most ironic thing is Dallas never pressured me to come visit the dealership and was able to put a great deal together sight unseen. The first face to face meeting I had with Dallas was when I went to sign the paperwork and pick up my truck. As I mentioned I have dealt with another local Chevy dealership located in Florence KY and in no way did they ever match the pleasant and efficient experience I had dealing with Dallas and the folks at Hirlinger Chevrolet. He took the time to explain everything and then sat in our car to show us how everything worked.
