I traded a vehicle on this purchase (not normal) and Ted Hirlinger’s offer was exactly where I had valued the vehicle, no haggling, no stress, just done right the first time. Due to some titling issues, I failed to receive a GM incentive, but the dealership adjusted my trade value and used some dealer incentives to offset the loss. When I arrived for delivery, Steve H. Had all the paperwork ready and we breezed thru his explanations and signed off on everything, no stress. Steve explained factory warranty and options to extend the warranty.The truck was delivered detailed, full of fuel and with all accessories installed as requested.
