Helpful salesman Gary Trabel I bought my 2017 Express van from a different dealer and the salesman who sold me the van was not very helpful. He would not explain any of the featur I bought my 2017 Express van from a different dealer and the salesman who sold me the van was not very helpful. He would not explain any of the features to me or help me with my OnStar. I've used Gary in the past so I called him and he immediately had me bring the van down showed me all the features of my van and help me setup my OnStar XM and Wifi. I wish he would have had the van because I would have bought it from him. I highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Help me make up my mind The reason we were in the market for another vehicle was due to repair work that needed to be done on the 2002 Chevy Impala. The beginning of the transaction was a bit cumbersome as we went from one sales person to another and did not understand exactly why. As we were originally just looking we did visit other dealerships only to return to Hirlinger as we have always received good service. Initially we were shown cars by Gary Trabel but did not make an immediate decision. We came back to follow up and visited with another sales person but could not arrive at an agreeable deal. Gary contacted us and asked we come back and give them one more chance. We returned and arrived at a compromise relating to vehicle and price. We were very happy with the results of this adventure. We will continue to receive our service from Hirlinger due to our history with them. More
