After receiving the bad news on Friday night that my daughters car was going to cost We have had nothing but good experiences dealing with Hirlinger! After receiving the bad news on Friday night that my daughters car was going to cost more for repairs than the car was worth I gave Mike a call on Saturday. He worked out some numbers and e-mailed them to me on a car. When we arrived at the showroom Mike was tied up with other clients. Ted got us the keys to the car the Mike gave us the pricing on. We test drove it up to the used car lot to see what they had there. We test drove 3 cars they had on the lot there and got the costs of those then headed back to the new showroom. Mike was still tied up so Steve reviewed the cost of the used cars along with pricing out a new Malibu for a lease or purchase while we test drove the Malibu. After reviewing the cost of the used versus a new purchase or a leased vehicle we decided to lease a new Malibu. Working with Ted, Steve and Mike to get this accomplished in a few hours so was great. Mike stayed to review all the features of the car well after the showroom was closed. I will say this is the first Lease we have been in an hoping all goes well which I am sure it will. Thanks again guys! I think this is the 4th car we have purchased from Hirlinger. PS: Sorry Gary they told me you were in TN. More
